General Communication

Basic Communication

Time: One month intensive - 25 hours.
The course starts the 1st of every month and ends the 28th of each month.
One Academic Year - 120 hours.
The course starts the 15th of September and ends the 30 of July

Prerequisite level: A1 / A2: Starter / Elementary

Course Objective: Ultimately, this course is designed to develop the skills and confidence necessary to communicate and interact in day to day situations. While forming a sound grammatical basis the student will have the opportunity to build up their vocabulary and learn how to converse with native speakers.

Current Events

Prerequisite level: B1 (Intermediate)

Course Objective: Ultimately, this course is designed to improve general conversation skills so that the student is able to communicate instead of just listen. Being able to interact in English will allow the student to enjoy his or her travles outside of Spain, as well as gain more respect professionally when doing business.

Digital Photography

Prerequisite Level: minimum level: B1 (intermediate), student must have own digital camera (any type).

Course Objective:Provide an opportunity to experiment with photography and improve your English through expression, describing and discussing art and photography and the expression and presentation of ideas.
-Provide an opportunity to explore and experience Barcelona through the lens.
-Students will create their own portfolio with a diverse collection of personal photo throughout the course.
-Provide a specially programmed course to introduce you to digital photography concepts such as prespective, light and composition taught in native English.
-Cover a wide range of photographic themes that cross over into English Language -learning.
